You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding SMS, email, and customer communications.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Obtaining proper consent before sending SMS messages
• Honoring unsubscribe requests
• Following applicable carrier rules
• Complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable laws

ArbrStack is not responsible for messages sent through your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited messages
• Purchasing or using unauthorized contact lists
• Bulk messaging without consent
• Excessive or abusive messaging
• Misleading subject lines or sender information

Accounts engaging in spam may be immediately suspended or terminated.

Our AI tools are intended to assist your business operations.

You may not use AI features to:

• Mislead customers
• Generate fraudulent information
• Create illegal or harmful content
• Harass or discriminate against others
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

You remain responsible for all communications generated or sent through your account.

Phone numbers provided through ArbrStack are intended solely for legitimate business communications.

You may not use business phone numbers to:

• Conduct illegal activities
• Send spam
• Scam or deceive consumers
• Circumvent carrier policies
• Violate A2P messaging requirements

You retain ownership of the content you upload to ArbrStack.

However, you agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal
• Is defamatory
• Is obscene
• Is fraudulent
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Violates another person's privacy

You agree to:

• Protect your login credentials
• Keep your account secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
• Use reasonable security practices

You may not:

• Share accounts between unrelated businesses
• Attempt to bypass security features
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform

Communication features are intended for normal business operations.

Excessive or abusive use that negatively impacts platform performance or other customers may result in account review or suspension.

You agree to comply with the terms and policies of any third-party services connected to your ArbrStack account, including payment processors, messaging providers, phone providers, and other integrated services.

ArbrStack reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy.

We may, at our sole discretion:

• Issue warnings
• Suspend features
• Restrict platform access
• Remove prohibited content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities

• We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
• Updated versions become effective upon posting to our website.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
