Refund Policy

• ArbrStack offers a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before being charged.
• You may cancel your trial at any time before it ends to avoid being billed.
• Once your trial expires, your selected subscription will automatically begin unless canceled beforehand.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

Because you receive immediate access to our software, onboarding, website setup, and platform features, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once billed, except where required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial months of service
• Unused features
• Unused communication allowances
• Failure to use your account
• Business closures
• Changes in business circumstances

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
• No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the billing cycle.

If you believe you were charged more than once in error, please contact us immediately.

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.

If you believe your account was charged without authorization, please contact us before filing a chargeback.

We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We encourage customers to contact ArbrStack first if there is a billing concern.

Filing a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback after receiving access to our services may result in:

• Suspension of your account
• Termination of your account
• Collection efforts where permitted by law

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Fees charged by third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Payment processors
• Mobile carriers
• Domain registrars
• Third-party integrations

are not refundable by ArbrStack unless required by law.

At our sole discretion, ArbrStack may choose to issue a refund in exceptional circumstances.

Issuing a refund in one situation does not obligate ArbrStack to issue refunds in future situations.
