• Growth ($297/month): Includes up to $25 per monthly billing cycle in eligible Communication Usage.
• Scale ($497/month): Includes up to $75 per monthly billing cycle in eligible Communication Usage (3× Growth's Communication Allowance).
• The 7-day free trial described in Section 3 remains available with each plan.

The Communication Allowance may be applied toward eligible usage-based communication services provided through ArbrStack, which may include SMS/text messaging, MMS messaging, phone/voice usage, and email usage. Actual usage costs can vary based on provider rates, carrier fees, message type, SMS segmentation/message length, call duration, destination, and other applicable usage factors.

ArbrStack does not guarantee a specific number of texts, calls, minutes, or emails. The $25 and $75 amounts represent service usage allowances provided by ArbrStack and are not cash balances, stored-value accounts, gift cards, refundable credits, or money owned by the customer.

Unless ArbrStack expressly states otherwise, the Communication Allowance does not include:

• A2P registration or campaign fees
• Phone-number purchase or rental fees
• AI-related usage charges
• Premium workflow/action charges
• Third-party subscriptions
• Premium services
• Other third-party/provider charges ArbrStack determines fall outside eligible Communication Usage

ArbrStack may reasonably determine which usage charges qualify toward the Communication Allowance.

• The Monthly Communication Allowance resets each billing cycle.
• Unused allowance does not roll over.
• Unused allowance has no cash value.
• Unused allowance cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, or account credits.
• Unused allowance cannot be transferred between customers or accounts.

Customers who need additional Communication Usage beyond their included monthly allowance may purchase prepaid Communication Usage Packs:

• $25 Communication Pack: Customer pays $25 and receives up to $20 of additional eligible Communication Usage.
• $50 Communication Pack: Customer pays $50 and receives up to $40 of additional eligible Communication Usage.
• $100 Communication Pack: Customer pays $100 and receives up to $80 of additional eligible Communication Usage.

These are additional service usage allowances and are not cash balances, stored-value funds, gift cards, refundable credits, or money belonging to the customer.

• The customer's included monthly plan allowance is used first.
• After the included allowance is exhausted, purchased Communication Pack usage may be applied.
• Purchasing a Communication Pack does not change the customer's Growth or Scale subscription.
• Communication Packs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Communication Packs have no cash value.
• Communication Packs cannot be transferred between customers or accounts.
• Unless ArbrStack expressly agrees otherwise, unused Communication Pack allowance expires at the end of the applicable monthly billing cycle and does not roll over.
• Communication Pack pricing may be changed for future purchases if provider costs, carrier fees, platform costs, or business requirements change.

ArbrStack may monitor Communication Usage.

Occasional minor usage beyond a customer's included allowance may be absorbed by ArbrStack at ArbrStack's discretion.

If a customer materially or consistently exceeds their included allowance, ArbrStack may contact the customer to determine an appropriate solution. Options may include purchasing a Communication Pack, upgrading from Growth to Scale where appropriate, purchasing additional usage, or another mutually agreed usage arrangement.

ArbrStack may restrict or suspend communication services when reasonably necessary due to fraud, spam, abuse, illegal activity, excessive or abnormal usage, carrier/provider restrictions, compliance requirements, nonpayment, or activity that threatens ArbrStack, its providers, or other customers.

ArbrStack will not automatically purchase or charge Communication Packs by default.

Customers must receive reasonable notice before being charged for a new Communication Pack unless they have separately and affirmatively authorized automatic Communication Pack purchases.

ArbrStack may introduce an optional automatic top-up feature in the future (for example, a customer could voluntarily enable "Automatically purchase a $25 Communication Pack when my included Communication Allowance is exhausted"). This feature is not currently active unless expressly enabled in the platform.

ArbrStack communication functionality relies on third-party telecommunications providers, carriers, email providers, technology providers, and infrastructure.

Provider pricing, carrier fees, deliverability, availability, regulations, and underlying costs may change outside ArbrStack's control.

ArbrStack may reasonably modify Communication Allowances, eligible usage categories, Communication Pack pricing, included usage, and usage pricing when necessary because of changes in provider pricing, carrier requirements, platform costs, regulatory requirements, or business requirements, subject to applicable contractual or legal notice requirements.
